Nina and Gramps at 50 year wedding anniversary in 1996This past weekend, Ryan and I traveled to Franklin, TN to celebrate his grandparent's 60th wedding anniversary. Wow - 60 years! That is a great accomplishment. We had a great time together visiting his uncles, aunts, and cousins. It was fun to have almost everybody together. Ryan and I had a mini-vacation because the boys stayed here with Mums! I think that is the first time Ryan and I have been anywhere together without the boys since Carter joined our family. Even though we missed them, it was fun not to have to change any diapers!!!!!

WOW! That is awesome. What a great example you guys have to follow. God has really blessed them, and you through them.
I love that couples can have such long happy lives together. What a joy! Glad you guys had some alone time.
What a great legacy your g-parents are setting. Glad you and Ryan were able to spend some time together!
